Email address changes are handled by the Records Office. To change your email address on file, fill out the form located here: Online Email Address Change Request, you can expect to receive a reply within 2 business days. eArmyU students are not allowed to change their email address.

I need to change my degree plan?

Degree plan changes for Distant Learners only can be handled by contacting and . Degree plan changes for other students are handled by the counselors located at your local Central Texas College campus office. However, if you are an eArmyU student and you want to change your degree plan, you must either contact your education center directly, open up a help desk case, or contact the eArmyu help desk via phone at 1-800-817-9990.
