I have familiarized myself with the college regulations regarding satisfactory academic progress (see general index in the college catalog pertaining to probation and suspension students).

I understand that I may be suspended or continued on probation if I do not meet the minimum scholarship requirements of 2.0 grade point average this term, and if my cumulative grade point average is less than 2.0.

I fully understand that I must have a final cumulative grade point average of 2.0 to graduate from Central Texas College.

If readmitted, I agree to a limited schedule. Prior to changing my schedule, I agree to have the change approved by a counselor.
