1. My course(s) is not showing on my portal.
If your course isn’t showing on your Blackboard portal, just give
us a call at 1.800.792.3348, x1296. If it’s on the weekend, email
us at Techsupport.
2. I received an error message as not enrolled.

3. When can I get into my course?
You can access your course 72 hours before the first
day of class. Just go to http://ctc.blackboard.com
and follow the on-screen instructions.

1. How does the student agreement process work?
You need a student agreement posted to your portal within 60 days of starting
your first course with your host college. If it’s not, your eArmyU
account is placed on “hold.”
To make sure your student agreement is complete and posted on time, you
need to send us all your transcripts as quickly as possible. You do not
need to send us a CTC transcript, if you have attended CTC before.
2. What information do you need from me to complete my student
agreement?
We need all your transcripts, CLEP tests, AARTS, and any other sources
of credit. Request your documents as quickly as possible. Send them to

5. If I attended CTC before, do I need to send you that transcript?
No! But, if you have not attended since before 1993, let us know.
6. It’s not posted to my portal, why?
You’re student agreement will be posted within 60 days of enrolling
in your first course with us. Then, it will be sent to eArmyU and posted
on your portal.

7. How do I get my agreement updated?
Send an email requesting an update to
intranscripts.earmyu@ctcd.edu.
8. I am running out of time on getting my student agreement, why?
The “count down” on your portal is just a reminder. If you
have sent your transcripts and enrolled in your first course with us,
you’re set to go. You can enroll in another course when your portal
shows a “count down.”
9. Will CTC accept CLEP?
Yes. To find out what type of credit you can get, check your degree map
under “Tests” or email
intranscripts.earmyu@ctcd.edu.
10. What courses to I need to take to complete my degree?
Your degree map shows exactly what courses you need to take to complete
your degree.
Just go to the eArmyU
portal and select your degree map or call us for help.

1. How do I get in touch with my instructor?
You can find your instructor’s email two ways:
1. by going to our Faculty Email list here.
2. by going to our course listing and selecting the term in which you’re
enrolled here.
3. by calling our Online Help Center at 1.800.792.3348, x1296 or locally
at 526.1296
2. Can I get an extension?
CTC may not grant you an extension. CTC instructors may give you an incomplete
and allow you to complete your work after the term ends. You need to contact
your instructor to see if you qualify to receive an incomplete. You need
to have completed a majority of your coursework to receive an incomplete.
If you receive an incomplete, you must complete all coursework within
90 days.
3. How can I make up the assignments that I missed?
First, you need to get your instructor’s permission to turn in your
work late. Let you instructor
know before the deadline for your test or assignment has passed. Instructors
are generally willing to work with you if you let them know what’s
going on. Don’t wait until after the work is due to contact your
instructor.
4. I didn’t get the right book.
CTC does not provide your books. You should call the eArmyU Help Desk
at 1.800.817.9990 if your books have not arrived by the week before the
class starts. Also, let your
instructor know that you have not received your books.

1. How do I get a transcript?
Go to here
and follow the instructions.
2. I know what class I want to take, but it won’t let me
enroll.
For help in enrolling, call the eArmyU Help Desk at 1.800.817.9990
3. I want to drop this course.
You will need to drop your course through the eArmyU portal. Be advised
that dropping a course will result in your paying for the course unless
you have an official military withdrawal. For complete information on
dropping classes, go to Drops/Withdrawals.

1. My grade’s not posted on the portal, why?
CTC sends grades to eArmyU within 14 days of the end of the term and then
it takes a few days for them to be loaded on to the eArmyU portal. If
you still don’t have your grades,

2. I got an I but finished my work. My grade
on the portal still shows an I.
Contact your instructor immediately. If you do not have his/her email
address, go here.
