Registration for Returning StudentsNOTE: eArmyU students must apply and register for courses through the eArmyU portal. Returning students should ensure that all information is current, to include residency status and transcripts from other educational institutions or military schools before proceeding to Step 7. You may register online through WebAdvisor.
If you have questions, go to http://www.ctcd.edu/student/student.html for complete information. WebAdvisor Instructions:Access ID Social Security Number with no hyphens. Access PIN The first time you use WebAdvisor, your PIN is your date of birth (MMDDYY). Example 060770. After you log on, you will be prompted to change your Access PIN. Then you will log on again, using your new Access PIN. Schedule Bulletin If you logged on successfully, you will be sent to your Personal page. Click on the Schedule Bulletin tab to view open classes. Registration Click on the Registration tab to register. Texas campuses to include distance learning courses are listed by semester, and locations are Central Campus, Distance Learning (online), Ft. Hood , and Service Area. Save All Work and Quit Be sure to click the "Save All Work and Quit" icon at the upper right corner after you have registered, added, or dropped classes. Class Schedule Recommend you view your Class Schedule each time you make a schedule change. You will be dropped from all classes if you do not pay on the same day as you register. Log Out To protect your security, and ensure your actions are saved, always Log Out each time you use WebAdvisor. Do not use the "X" in the upper right corner of your browser.
